This document explains important matters that need attention when using the ENPORT wi-fi service. Please read this manual carefully before signing the contract for ENPORT wi-fi service. If you have any questions, please contact our customer center (phone number: 0120-934-157).
2. About the explanation of the contract contents
(1) Customer confirmation
1. Will Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) collects and uses customer's personal information in order to provide ENPORT wi-fi service.
2. The items of information collected from customers as personal information are divided into required items and optional items. Please note that we may not be able to conclude a contract or respond to inquiries if the customer does not provide the required information.
(2) About ENPORT wi-fi service
1. The ENPORT wi-fi service provided by our company is a virtual mobile telecommunications (MVNO) service that enables Internet connection using the "Cloud Air WiFi network". We provide services using the network equipment of AIR-U Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "AIR-U") provided under the name of "Cloud Air WiFi Network".
2. In order to use the ENPORT wi-fi service, it is necessary to agree to the "ENPORT wi-fi service contract agreement" (http: // XXXXX) established by the Company. The contents of this agreement are the contents of the contract between the customer and our company.
3. The communication line of ENPORT wi-fi service is multi-carrier compatible with "Softbank", "NTT docomo", and "KDDI". Since this service is a best effort method, we do not guarantee the speed when you actually connect to the Internet.
4. Depending on the radio wave condition, line congestion, customer's place of use, etc., the communication speed may drop significantly or the communication itself may not be available.
5. Since the ENPORT wi-fi service uses radio waves, it may not be possible to communicate indoors, underground, tunnels, behind buildings, in the mountains, at sea, etc. where radio waves are difficult to transmit. Also, if you move to a place with poor signal reception during use, communication may be interrupted.
6. Due to the nature of radio waves, the radio wave condition fluctuates from moment to moment. Please use it as a guide for the radio wave condition displayed on your device.
7. This service provides only data communication services in Japan. We do not provide voice call service. There is no emergency call service. This service cannot be used overseas. The service area for domestic communications in Japan shall be the same as the area provided by Softbank, NTTdocomo, and KDDI. However, even within that area, communication may not be possible in places where radio waves are difficult to reach, such as indoors, underground, tunnels, behind buildings, mountains, and at sea.
8. When using in Japan, this service is a monthly usage plan, and the communication for the month is limited to the monthly communication charge described in the column of (3) I. (Basic usage charge table) below. will do. However, from the viewpoint of maintaining network quality and using fair radio waves, if illegal use such as illegal download or large-capacity communication that occupies the network significantly is performed, the communication speed is limited to approximately 384 Kbps for the corresponding contract line. If you exceed the above monthly usage in each charge month, you can continue to use the communication of the corresponding contract line at a communication speed of approximately 384Kbps for the rest of the month.
9. ENPORT wi-fi service cannot be contracted by customers under the age of 20. Minors under the age of 20 need the consent of their parent or legal representative to apply for the ENPORT wi-fi service. In addition, it is prohibited to allow anyone other than the contractor (including, but not limited to, the contractor's family members under the age of 20) to use the ENPORT wi-fi service.
10. The service may not be available due to network maintenance, etc.
(3) Price plan and conditions
1. Please pay the basic usage fee according to the rate plan described below.
2. The price plan will be the list price. Please check the product materials for details such as discount plans. Please see the footnotes below for details on the conditions that apply to each plan.

This rental contract means a rental contract for terminal equipment in which the Company lends the terminal equipment to the contractor and the contractor rents the terminal equipment from the Company when the subscription contract for this service is established, and the subscription contract for this service. This rental contract will be established at the same time as the establishment of. In the case of this rental contract, you will be required to pay the rental deposit, this compensation plan fee (when subscribing to this compensation plan) specified in Table 3 below, and the monthly basic usage fee specified below. Rental terminal equipment is a model specified by us, and the model cannot be changed and is owned by us. The contractor cannot purchase rental terminal equipment. If the subscription contract for this service is canceled, this rental contract will also be terminated at the same time. The subscription contract for this service and this rental contract cannot be canceled or terminated separately. * 5 Regardless of whether it is a general contract, a lump sum prepaid contract, or this rental contract, if you re-contract for this service after canceling or terminating the contract, the initial fee and registration fee specified in Table 1, Table 3 below Please pay anew and use the new terminal for the new contract. The terminal used during the previous contract period cannot be used in the new contract after the contract is canceled or terminated. In the case of a lump-sum prepaid contract, if the usable period expires from the first month including the usage start date, the contract period will end without being automatically extended or renewed, but by the last day of the usable period. By requesting us from the customer, we can extend the available period to the same period as before or other periods specified by us for the lump-sum prepaid contract. If the usable period is extended, no new initial fee or registration fee will be incurred for the extension, and you will continue to use the previous terminal during the extension period.
* 6 When a customer with a lump-sum prepayment contract extends the usable period, in addition to extending the usable period based on the previous lump-sum prepayment contract, the contract is extended by switching to a general contract (a contract in which the monthly basic usage fee is paid monthly). It is possible to have it. It is not possible to switch from a general contract to a one-time prepaid contract. Please note that once you choose to extend the switch from a one-time prepaid contract to a general contract, you will not be able to switch back from the general contract to a one-time prepaid contract.

III. Return of this rental deposit and rental terminal equipment related to this rental contract
(1) The contractor must return the rental terminal device to us together with the attached box and USB cable within 7 days from the cancellation date of the contract for this service or the end date due to other reasons.
(2) If we cannot confirm the return of all or part of the rental terminal equipment, etc. pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph within 7 days from the cancellation date of the contract related to this service or the end date due to other reasons, or return it. If damage due to failure, damage, submersion or other causes is confirmed in the rental terminal device, the contractor will be required to compensate the Company for the following amount of damage. However, if there is a balance in this rental deposit, we can apply the same amount to the amount of compensation for damages. If the contractor does not return the rental terminal device within 7 days of the above cancellation date or end date, even if it is returned after that, the Company will refund the compensation received (including the rental deposit already applied). (3) This rental deposit will be applied to this agreement and this rental agreement when we confirm that the rental terminal device has been returned within 7 days from the cancellation date of the contract related to this service or the end date due to other reasons. Refunds will be made to the bank account specified by the contractor, provided that there is a balance after deducting the amount specified in the above. If we cannot confirm the return of the rental terminal device, this rental deposit will not be refunded.

IV. This compensation plan for this rental contract
(1) The contractor can voluntarily subscribe to the compensation plan (hereinafter referred to as "this compensation plan") according to the following provisions if he / she wishes. However, even if you subscribe to this compensation plan in the middle of the month, the compensation plan fee for the subscription month will not be prorated.
(2) You can apply for this compensation plan at the same time you apply for this service, and you can subscribe only if you obtain our consent.
(3) The contractor can cancel this compensation plan at any time. However, this compensation plan fee already paid by the contractor will not be refunded. In addition, even if this compensation plan is canceled in the middle of the month, the compensation plan fee will not be refunded on a pro-rated basis. Once this compensation plan is canceled, it cannot be re-enrolled.
(4) If the contractor subscribes to this compensation plan, the compensation plan fee stipulated in II (3) above shall be paid monthly by the due date set by the Company. If the Compensation Plan fee is not paid by the due date, the Company may suspend or cancel the use of the Service and the Compensation Plan.
(5) If the contractor subscribes to this compensation plan, during the period of this rental contract, the Company will base the rental terminal equipment, etc. in the event of failure, loss, damage, submersion, or theft based on the customer's request. In accordance with the following conditions, we will replace rental terminal equipment with new or refreshed products up to twice a year.

(2) When the contractor violates the obligation to maintain and manage rental terminal equipment, etc. with the care of a good manager.
(3) When the rental terminal device, etc. is out of order, lost, damaged, submerged, or stolen, and the fact is not immediately notified to us.
(4) When the rental terminal equipment, etc. is lost or stolen, the police or public institution is not immediately notified, or the certificate of the institution is obtained and not presented to the Company.
(5) When this compensation plan fee is not paid or payment is delayed.

(4) Data communication speed limit
When AIR-U recognizes that the communication may interfere with the provision of this service or the use of other customers, such as occupying AIR-U's telecommunications equipment continuously for a certain period of time or longer. The communication may be disconnected or restricted without prior notice.
1. If the customer violates the contract with us, such as not paying the fee by the due date, the communication may be disconnected or restricted without prior notice.
2. If the monthly communication volume set for each plan is exceeded, the communication speed after that will be approximately 384Kbps.
(5) Billing / payment of usage fees, etc.
A basic usage fee
1. Please check the monthly usage fee on My Page provided by our company.
2. If you select a lump-sum prepayment contract, you will be required to pay the basic usage fee corresponding to the usable period of the contract in a lump sum by the date specified by the Company. Please note that we cannot refund the basic usage fee paid in a lump sum.
B. Invoice issuance fee
1. A separate fee (550 yen (tax included)) will be charged if you request a written statement, invoice, proof of payment, or other proof.
C. Date of application of the rate plan
1. For customers who newly subscribe to the ENPORT wi-fi service, the contract start date will be the date when the terminal is shipped from us and the contract line is provided.
2. For both general contracts and lump-sum prepaid contracts, even if the contract starts in the middle of the month or is canceled in the middle of the month, the prorated calculation will not be performed. For example, if the product is shipped on January 15th and canceled on March 15th of the same year, the contract will end on March 31st of the same year, and the usage fee for the three months from January to March (use without prorated calculation). Please note that a fee will be charged.
D Payment method
You can choose one of the following methods for the usage fee.
(A) Credit card
The usage fee will be billed by the credit card payment agency with the payment due date for the current month as the 17th of the month, and will be transferred to the card company's designated date.
(B) Convenience store payment
The usage fee is billed by the convenience store settlement agency, and the payment date for the current month's usage is 17th of the current month.

(6) Handling when the price cannot be collected
1. We may suspend the use of the ENPORT wi-fi service if payment or other obligations are not paid even after the due date has passed. For details, please refer to the "ENPORT wi-fi service contract agreement" (http: // XXXXX) established by our company.
2. If the reason for the suspension is not resolved after the suspension of use, the contract can be canceled by notifying by the method prescribed by the Company. For details, please refer to the "ENPORT wi-fi service contract agreement" (http: // XXXXX) established by our company.
3. If payment is not made after the due date for charges and other obligations, a payment service fee (330 yen (tax included)) will be charged for re-payment.
(7) Procedures for changing or canceling a contract
1. If you wish to change or cancel the ENPORT mobile service, please contact our customer center (phone number: 0120-934-157) or go to My Page (http: // XXXXX). I will do it. In addition, the monthly basic usage fee of the rate plan is not prorated.
2. If you wish to cancel or change this month, the reception will be until the 19th of this month. If 19 days have passed, the contract will be canceled or changed the following month.
3. Please note that if a customer with a lump-sum prepaid contract changes or cancels the contract during the available period, the basic usage fee already paid will not be refunded.
(8) When there is an initial defect
1. Please contact our customer center (phone number: 0120-934-157) within 14 days from the date of shipment of the terminal for initial defects or damage to the terminal equipment. As a result of our confirmation, if initial failure or damage is found due to reasons not attributable to the customer, it will be eligible for free replacement.
(9) Issuance of contract documents by electromagnetic method
1. Regarding the contract document to be handed over after the contract is concluded based on the Telecommunications Business Law, if the contractor / user wishes, the document will be posted in PDF format on My Page instead of the delivery of the document. Provides information to be included in.
(10) About change of service conditions
1. The Company may change this agreement. The provision conditions in this case are based on the changed terms and conditions. The Company shall be able to change this agreement as necessary without obtaining the consent of the contractor / user. Regarding changes to this agreement, we will notify the contractor / user of the changed enforcement date and contents of this agreement by posting on our website. However, in the case of changes that require the consent of the contractor / user by law, the consent of the contractor / user shall be obtained by the method prescribed by the Company.
